8.6 Each Seller agrees to hold Amazon and its Affiliates harmless from and against all claims, causes of action, damages and judgments arising from any claim of intellectual property infringement or the removal of any content or product listings related thereto.

9. Purchase and payment

9.1 Amazon supports one or more of the following payment methods in each country in which it operates:

(i) Credit card

Card payments are processed through third-party payment channels, and the types of credit cards accepted by these payment channels may vary depending on your jurisdiction.

(ii) Cash on delivery (COD)

Amazon offers cash on delivery in select countries. Buyers may pay cash directly to the delivery agent upon receipt of their purchase.

(iii) Bank transfer

Buyer may pay by ATM or online bank transfer ("Bank Transfer") to our designated Amazon Secured Account (as defined in Section 12). Buyer must provide Amazon with a transfer receipt or payment transaction reference as confirmation of payment through the "Upload Receipt" feature in the Amazon App. If Amazon does not receive payment confirmation within three (3) days, the buyer's order will be cancelled.

(iv) Installment purchase plan

For orders over RM 500, buyers can pay in installments. Installment payments are processed through third-party channels. The banks that currently support installment plans are Maybank and Public Bank.

(v) Deferred payment using SPayLater service (if applicable)

Buyers can make deferred payments on eligible orders using the SPayLater service provided by SeaMoney Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Ltd. ("SeaMoney"). In order to provide the SPayLater Services, SeaMoney will enter into a receivables purchase arrangement with a qualified seller, whereby the seller sells the buyer's receivables to SeaMoney in exchange for payment from SeaMoney.

9.2 The Buyer may only change the preferred payment method for his or her purchase before payment is made.

9.3 Amazon is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Buyer due to the shipping information and/or payment information entered by the Buyer or the Buyer's incorrect remittance of payment for the purchased items. We reserve the right to check whether the buyer is duly authorized to use certain payment methods and may suspend a transaction until such authorization is confirmed, or cancel the relevant transaction if such confirmation cannot be obtained.

10. Seller wallet

10.1 Your Account allows the storage of monies you receive from sales proceeds on the Platform (“Seller Wallet”). The sum of this amount minus any withdrawals will be reflected as your seller wallet balance.

10.2 You may submit a transfer request (“Withdrawal Request”) at most once per day to transfer funds from your Seller Wallet (up to your Amazon Wallet Balance) to your linked bank account (“Linked Account”). At Amazon's discretion, Amazon may also automatically transfer funds from your seller wallet to your linked account on a regular basis. Amazon can only process such transfers on business days, and it may take up to two business days for such transfers to be credited to your linked account.

10.3 The Seller is entitled to one (1) free withdrawal request per week (the “Weekly Withdrawal Limit”). Amazon may charge a fee of RM0.12 ("Withdrawal Fee") for each additional withdrawal request above the weekly withdrawal limit. Withdrawal fees are subject to sales and services tax (“SST”). Amazon may change weekly withdrawal limits and withdrawal fees at its sole discretion.

10.4 Payment for items you sell on Amazon shall be credited to your seller wallet within three (3) days of delivery of the item to the buyer or as soon as the buyer confirms receipt of the item.

10.5 You may not modify or cancel a withdrawal request once submitted.

10.6 If an error occurs during the processing of any transaction, you authorize us to correct the error by initiating a debit or credit entry to the bank account designated by you, provided that any such correction complies with applicable laws and regulations. If we are unable to debit your designated bank account for any reason, you authorize us to resubmit the debit, plus any applicable fees, to any other bank account or payment instrument you have on file with us, or deduct the debit and applicable fees. The fee will come from your seller wallet. If we are unable to credit your Alternative Account for any reason, we reserve the right to handle or dispose of such funds in accordance with applicable law, including submitting such funds to the Malaysian Unclaimed Funds Act as required by the Malaysian Unclaimed Funds Act. Fund Registry (Jabatan Akautan Negara Malaysia) (the “Registry”). In such event, you may recover your unclaimed monies directly from the Registrar, less any fees or charges that may be imposed, without further recourse to us.

10.7 You authorize us to initiate debit or credit entries to your seller wallet:

(i) correct any errors in the processing of any transaction;

(ii) Amazon determines that you have engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activities and/or transactions;

(iii) in connection with any lost, damaged or incorrect items;

(iv) in connection with any incentives or rebates;

(v) in connection with any uncollected fees;

(vi) in connection with the resolution of any transaction disputes, including any compensation due to or from you;

(vii) in relation to any prohibited items or items detained by customs;

(viii) in connection with any change of mind agreed between Buyer and Seller;

(ix) recover any outstanding amounts owed by you to us (including late payment fees and/or interest); and

(x) Purchase advertising credits when you have activated the advertising credits recharge function and your advertising credits are lower than the minimum amount of your advertising credits.

10.8 We reserve the right to limit, freeze or suspend your Seller Wallet for any reason, including your failure to repay outstanding amounts owed to us by the due date.
